SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in SMS messaging programs operated by Christian Locke ("we", "us", or "our").

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that your consent is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. telecommunications and consumer protection laws.


1. Service Description

Upon opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to:

  • Responses to inquiries or form submissions
  • Service-related updates, notifications, or reminders
  • Marketing or promotional messages related to our products or services, where permitted

Message content is limited to the context in which you provided your information.


2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number and completing an opt-in action, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Message frequency varies based on interaction but will not be excessive or unrelated.


3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. You are solely responsible for any such charges.


4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.

Replying HELP will provide standard assistance information where supported.


5. Privacy and Information Use

All personal information collected in connection with SMS messaging is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile subscriber information for third-party marketing purposes.


6. A2P 10DLC and Carrier Compliance

We operate our messaging programs in compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) requirements, carrier policies, and industry standards, including guidelines issued by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA).

Message delivery may be subject to carrier filtering, throttling, or blocking. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Messaging services may be provided through third-party telecommunications platforms that support regulatory compliance and consent management.


7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are intended for use with major U.S. mobile carriers. Availability and delivery may vary based on carrier, device, and network conditions.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date above.

Continued participation in SMS messaging after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
