How it works

From the first call to the follow-up, nothing gets lost.

You're out on a job. A call comes in. A form gets filled out. A message lands in your inbox. By the end of the day, you're trying to remember who reached out, what they wanted, and whether anyone got back to them. Zenjiva connects those pieces, so when someone reaches out, your team knows about it and knows what to do next.

You pick the services that fit. We set up the connections. Your team handles the real conversations.

Four questions, one connected system.

1

How did they find us?

2

What do they need?

3

Who's handling it?

4

What happens next?

An example of how it works. What's actually connected depends on the services you choose and how things are set up.

Follow the customer, not just the ad.

An ad gets someone's attention. A website helps them understand what you do. But what happens next, that's where most businesses lose people. Zenjiva connects the pieces so a call or message doesn't disappear into a gap nobody's watching.

Marketing

1. Get in front of the right people.

Ads and local visibility work put your business where your customers are actually looking, Google, Facebook, Instagram. The channel should fit your service, your area, and your budget.

Marketing

2. Make it easy to reach you.

A clear website and contact form let someone tell you what they need without having to work at it.

System

3. Keep the details in one place.

Every call, message, and form submission gets logged, with the customer's info and where it came from, so nothing gets lost in a separate inbox.

Your team

4. Know what to do next.

Automatic notifications and follow-up reminders tell your team who to call back. A real person still checks whether it's a good job, talks to the customer, and agrees on the work.

How it actually works depends on your plan and setup. An automatic reply just confirms you got the message, it doesn't book a job or promise a price.

Fictional example

When someone picks up the conversation, they already know what's going on.

A customer replies while your team member is out on a job. Without a shared system, the next person who picks it up has to start from scratch, or worse, the customer gets asked the same question twice. With everything connected, the next person sees the latest message, knows who's handling it, and picks up right where it left off.

That's where it gets useful: the next conversation can start with the info the customer already gave you. The system doesn't decide whether it's a good job, your team does that.

Fictional info in an example interface. What's shared and how tasks work depends on your plan, the channels connected, and how things are set up.

We start with how your business actually works.

•

1. First, we look at where you are.

We review how calls and messages come in, where conversations happen, and what your team needs to see. Whatever you're using now is part of the conversation. A change should fix a real problem, not just add more tools.

•

2. Then, we figure out what makes sense.

We agree on the services, the channels, who handles what, and what costs extra. You know what's included and what's not before anything gets built.

•

3. Next, we set it up and test it.

We build the lead capture and follow-up process. We run a test lead from start to finish, form, automatic reply, team notification. We check the wording, the routing, and what happens when something goes off script.

•

4. Finally, you use it and we review.

Your team handles the customer conversations and keeps statuses current. We look at the reporting together, what it shows and what it doesn't, and make practical adjustments as needed.

How long it takes depends on the work, access to your accounts, what materials we need, and what's getting connected. We sort out those details before anything starts.

Your team runs the business. Zenjiva keeps it organized.

How your team handles the calls matters. No system can guarantee that every lead turns into a customer.

What you should know before you start.

Can we keep our existing website?
Maybe. We look at whether it can do what's needed, the contact forms, the connections, the follow-up. A new website is a separate decision, and it's priced separately.
Does every channel connect automatically?
No. Which channels connect, the access we need, and the setup all have to be confirmed. The diagrams on this site show what's possible, not a promise that every inbox or phone system can be connected.
Can we start without running ads?
Yes. Zenjiva OS Essentials is the organized system at $297/month. Ad management gets added through a growth plan when it makes sense. We agree on what's included before anything starts.
What if a connection stops working or info is missing?
The plan should cover who handles problems and how your team keeps taking care of customers in the meantime. Support, monitoring, and any response-time commitments are part of the written agreement.
Will the reports tell us exactly where every customer came from?
Not always. Where tracking is available, reporting can help connect ad activity with the leads that came in. But some journeys can't be tracked completely, people switch devices, call from a different number, or don't give enough info. Your team's updates also help tell leads apart from actual customers.

Start with the part that's hardest to keep up with.

Tell us where calls and messages come in, and where things start falling through the cracks. Your Free Zenjiva Growth Plan starts with a practical look at where you are and a recommendation for what to fix first.

No obligation to buy anything. Any setup work is quoted separately.
