Facebook & Instagram Ads

Turn scroll-time into real interest.

A social ad can introduce your business before someone even starts searching. The next step should help them understand the offer and give your team enough info to know whether it's worth a call. Zenjiva manages Facebook and Instagram ads and connects them to an organized system for handling the people who reach out.

Zenjiva Social Growth: $697/month, including the organized system (Essentials) and Facebook & Instagram ad management.

Ad spend, website builds, messaging usage, and any separately scoped work are extra unless we specifically include them.

From a scroll to a real conversation your team can review.

Fictional campaign and workflow. What's included depends on your plan and setup.

A form fill is the start of a review, not a done deal.

Someone can like an ad without needing the service. Someone can fill out a form and still be outside your service area. The offer, the questions, and your team's review need to work together. Good questions are practical: What service are they interested in? Where's the job? What do they want to talk about? Enough context to help the next call, without turning a simple form into a long application.

Review before calling back

The form adds useful context. It doesn't perfectly qualify the lead, confirm you're available, or book the job. A real person reviews the details and continues the conversation.

Fictional ad and example workflow, not a real campaign, platform screenshot, or promised result. What's included depends on your setup.

Keep the offer and the follow-up connected.

Choose an honest offer.

Explain a service you can actually deliver, using approved info. An ad shouldn't create expectations your business can't meet.

Use relevant creative.

Show the work or situation clearly with approved assets. Real business photos help when you have them, don't fake customer proof.

Give interest a good destination.

Pick a form or landing page within scope that continues the ad's message and collects info your team can use.

Review fit alongside activity.

Campaign info and your team's feedback help tell attention apart from real interest. What your team sees matters.

Different channels meet people in different moments.

Social ads introduce a service while someone's scrolling. Search ads respond to a search someone chose to make. Neither is automatically right for every business. The choice should fit the service, the message, the assets, the budget, and your capacity to respond.

Know what counts as progress.

Does this include managing all our organic social posts?
No. Social Growth covers paid Facebook and Instagram ad management. Organic posting, community management, and other social services aren't automatically included and need a separate scope if you want them.
Are all leads guaranteed to be qualified?
No. Targeting, clear messaging, and good form questions help, but your team still needs to check location, fit, requirements, and availability.
Will you create photos or video for the campaign?
What's included, what you supply, what needs producing, and any separate charges are agreed in the scope. No unlimited content production is included by default.
Do we need separate Facebook and Instagram plans?
Social Growth covers both Facebook and Instagram. The specific placements, deliverables, accounts, and budget are defined in the agreed scope.
Can the form send people straight to a booked appointment?
A booking route should only be used when it's supported, included, and right for your business. This doesn't promise automated booking or remove the need to confirm it's a fit.
