Zenjiva OS Essentials

Know who called. Know what they need. Know who's handling it.

When customer details are scattered across voicemail, email, and DMs, even a simple callback turns into detective work. Zenjiva OS Essentials puts every call, message, and follow-up in one organized place your team can actually use, so nobody has to dig through five inboxes to figure out who still needs a response.

$297/monthWhat's included, which channels connect, and any setup or usage charges are confirmed before you start. Ad management and website builds are separate.

See who called, what they need, and who still needs a callback.

Follow-up

Fictional example. Fields, access, and supported sources depend on your setup.

A name on a list isn't enough.

To actually follow up, your team needs to know: What did they ask for? What did they say last? Who's supposed to call them back? What's the next move? Essentials brings those details together in one view, not another place to copy the same info by hand.

What they need

The service the customer is asking about

The conversation

The back-and-forth so far, all in one place

Who owns it

The person or team responsible for calling back

Next step

The follow-up that needs to happen

Status

Where things stand, waiting on them or on you

Where they came from

How they found you, when that info is available

Example of how a record can look. What fields show up, what conversations are visible, and what connects depends on your setup.

Fictional example

"We already talked about that", now your team can see it.

A homeowner asked about two service options. Someone on your team explained the difference. The customer just replied with their choice. The next person picking up the conversation shouldn't have to ask the same question twice.

Example

Customer:

"What's the difference between a one-time visit and ongoing service?"

Your team:

"Happy to go over both. Which one would you like us to dig into?"

Customer:

"Ongoing service. Can you email me the next steps?"

Needs a response

The next person on your team has a starting point instead of a blank slate. They still need to review the details, confirm it's a good fit, and send a real reply.

Fictional conversation and example record, not a real screenshot. No response time, booking, or sale is implied. What's visible depends on what's connected and set up.

Make the next step obvious.

Capture the right details.

We agree on which channels connect and what info your team actually needs. One good form field beats a long form nobody wants to fill out.

Send an automatic reply.

A quick confirmation lets the customer know you got their message, without anyone having to stop what they're doing. The wording matches your real process and doesn't promise things your team can't deliver.

Make ownership clear.

Decide who reviews new leads and how they get assigned. An assignment shows who's on it, it doesn't mean the work's done yet.

Keep the next step visible.

Use simple statuses to tell the difference between a new lead, a conversation waiting on the customer, and something your team needs to handle. Your team keeps those current.

Start with the system you need.

Zenjiva OS Essentials is $297/month. It's the organized system that comes with every growth plan, so when you add advertising, the calls and messages it brings in land somewhere organized.

Before anything starts, we figure out which channels connect, how the records work, what follow-up gets automated, who has access, and who handles what. Account migration, custom integrations, messaging usage, and work beyond what we agreed on may cost extra.

Ad management gets added through a growth plan. Website builds are a separate project. AI Voice + Chat is an optional $399/month add-on, plus setup and usage.

Nothing on this page promises unlimited users, messages, or integrations. Your written agreement spells out the details for your business.

What Essentials does, and doesn't, cover.

Will all our existing conversations show up here?
Only the channels that are included and connected in your setup. Importing old conversations takes a look and may be a separate scope. Don't assume a channel is connected just because it shows up in an example.
Can different people work from the same info?
Shared access and assignments can be part of the setup, depending on what's supported and your account. User access and permissions get sorted out before anything goes live.
Does an automatic reply count as following up?
It confirms you got the message. It doesn't replace a real person understanding what the customer needs, checking if it's a fit, and continuing the conversation.
Can Essentials help without running ads?
Yes. If your priority is just getting organized with the calls and messages you already get, Essentials can be the right starting point. You don't need ad management to use it.
Will the system keep everything accurate on its own?
No. How useful the view is depends on what's connected, how it's set up, and the updates your team makes. A status should show what actually happened, not what the system assumes happened.

Show us where things get lost.

Tell us which conversations are hardest to keep track of and what your team needs to know before they can respond. Your Free Zenjiva Growth Plan can point to a practical place to start.
