Service details are agreed in writing

Monthly plan prices and one-time website project prices are distinct. Advertising spend, website development, communications usage, optional services, and separately scoped work are additional unless expressly included in the applicable written agreement. AI Voice + Chat has separate setup and usage considerations as stated with the offer.

A displayed monthly price does not by itself establish a contract term, renewal arrangement, cancellation policy, refund entitlement, tax treatment, or unlimited use. Those details must be stated in the applicable agreement before purchase.

Prices and service availability may be updated prospectively. A change on this website does not by itself amend an existing signed agreement. If a displayed detail is inaccurate or inconsistent with a proposed scope, ask Zenjiva to clarify it before proceeding.
